Three years ago Hurricane Katrina destroyed Southeast Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. A month later Hurricane Rita destroyed Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas. This week Hurricane Gustav is coming for everything in the middle. And people are pissed. Piss of Gustav.
